This was my third year participating in #nanowrimo and my second year in a row WINNING! (If you don’t know what nano is: it’s a writing contest where writers try to write 1,667 words every day in the month of November. So by the end of the month you have the first draft of a novel!) I attended my first @neda walk today. It felt strange seeing some of my old therapists and program directors from when I was at the @emilyprogram. But also knowing that almost 3 years have passed since my recovery began is so incredible. Here’s to a lifetime of recovery and self-love.
